Once I finish the website, I will definitely look into this matter further; I have a strong sense that there is a compelling story here, especially after taking the time to review my previous water bill rates in detail. It seems unusual and raises several questions. I’m sure the HOA is actively addressing this issue, and I expect that we will have more detailed information soon that can shed some light on the situation.
If they are not actively engaged in communicating what happened and the steps they are taking, I will personally make it my mission to get to the bottom of it for you and uncover the facts surrounding this matter.
Water Problems Again / Still
More questions regarding water – it seems we may have a significant water main leak that is affecting our property. Instead of immediately hiring a professional to resolve the issue or turning to the county for assistance, we are proactively trying to isolate the problem ourselves in order to understand the situation better.
More questions regarding water bills and our HOAs way of doing things!
Current water bills: What is going on? Please read the explanation on your current water bill. When did we pay for the clubhouse, laundry, pool, office, and maintenance water bill? Shouldn’t those fees be part of our monthly maintenance fees? We received our bill today, 7/15/2025, and it states that it is due on July 1st. Hmm… It is concerning when we have no input and no transparency. Please find answers for me on this.
Simple Math:
$6.30 / month sewer
$3.06 / month water
$9.36 / month total
Park – $9.36 month x 352 homes = $3,294.72 month x 12 months = $39,536.64 year
Home – $9.36 month x 12 months = $112.32 year
Why not raise the maintenance fee, especially considering the ongoing concerns about our water bills? This certainly appears to deepen the already complex questions we have about our water bills, which have been on the rise and causing some distress among residents. Are we as homeowners and community members being fully informed? Is our HOA being completely truthful or are they, in fact, attempting to fix a problem while keeping it shrouded in secrecy and not disclosing to us the underlying issues that are truly at play? Until I have the time to dig into this I really do not know the answer to the above concern.
