PROFESSIONAL PROFILE – Forty years of experience in Information Systems environment specializing in Service Delivery Management for IBM. Twenty-five years’ experience in personnel management as first and second line manager. Skills and experience were developed through career roles as: Customer Engineer, Support Specialist (Midrange Products), Area Product/Program Specialist, Technical Support Manager and Service Delivery Executive managing 11 states in the Upper Midwest.
