Did the board (Sales Director) refuse to sell a resident’s home in the park. Not only did the Sales Director refuse, the Director would not share why.

Hello, Resident1 and Resident2, I must inform you at this time that NLYH will not be relisting you property! In light of events that have occurred it has come to this.
I will be picking up my NLYH sign this afternoon please have at the bottom of your steps as I will no longer have verbal contact with you!
