With so many communications available in our community I added a calendar to the website where the community could add their activities and events to a one stop shopping for everything going on in the community. This allows residents to easily keep track of important dates and avoid scheduling conflicts. The calendar along with the website was transferred to our HOA. This transition ensures that the community continues to benefit from a centralized source of information.
When I managed the website, it was the calendar was the most viewed page I had. It was a vital resource for residents to stay informed about local happenings and gatherings.
