My journey continues to evolve and grow with each passing day. Since March of 2013 until April 2025, I have been on an unwavering mission to help the community with effective communication that resonates in the style of the 21st century, adapting to the rapid changes in technology and social interaction.
I took over the site napleslandyachtharbor.org and transformed it into what it is today, a vibrant platform that serves the community. The HOA took it over and put it in the hands of a professional service. They used over 90% of what I developed, changed somethings for the betterment of the community and made it so nice. I meticulously refined Channel 102, enhancing its features and user experience, and developed the next phase of Facebook, pushing the boundaries of social networking to connect people in new and innovative ways.
I will continue my journey with a Newsletter / Blog Post website moving communications to the next level.

I firmly believe that many residents have far too many unanswered questions lingering in their minds, leading to a sense of confusion and anxiety. Additionally, I feel that there is an excessive amount of censorship affecting our discussions, which stifles the flow of ideas and honest dialogue. I do not plan on being negative in my approach; rather, I will, however, seek out and advocate for truthful answers that can better inform our community and empower our residents to engage actively in shaping our future."
