Currently I’m selling a home, and I do not know what is going on.
It’s quite perplexing given the contrasting fees associated with each selling method. I’ve been told that selling by the HOA costs $7500, while selling by owner is $3000.
This information raises questions about the potential advantages of each selling approach, which I hope to address soon.
I see that we currently list homes on:
Live Mobile Homes seems to be the new site for HOA sales, while MHVillage is the old site where you can also list a for sale by owner homes.
Additionally, it’s essential to compare the visibility each platform offers to ensure the best chances of selling.
